Dark Souls 3: Guide to ALL Infusions, Coals and Gems [Master of Infusions]

 

In Dark Souls 3 there are 15 different weapon infusions. Finding them all, along with the one you need to remove the infusions, will unlock the trophy / objective "Master of Infusions", as well as obviously having a wide range of upgrades for your weapons. 

To apply infusions to weapons in Dark Souls III you need to go to Fabbro Andre to the Firelink Shrine, but first you have to find and bring him the "coals" thanks to which the various types of infusion are released. There are 4 coals, each with its associated infusions:

• Farron's Coal - Sharp, Heavy e Poison
• Sage's Coal - Blessed, Crystal e Deep
• Giant's Coal - Lightning, Simple e Chaos
• Profane Coal - Blood, Hollow e Dark

After unlocking the various infusions you will need the gems to make them happen. Gems are scattered throughout the game world and you shouldn't have any trouble finding them, some are also dropped by crystal lizards. There are 15 types of gems in total, the following:

• Refined Gem
• Raw Gem
• Fire Gem
• Heavy Gem
• Sharp Gem
• Poison Gem
• Crystal Gem
• Blessed Gem
• Deep Gem
• Dark Gem
• Blood Gem
• Hollow Gem
• Lightning Gem
• Simple Gem
• Chaos Gem
