Yesterday 12 September, the executive producer Sam lake, published a post on Twetter in which he officially announces the arrival of a TV Series live Action dedicated to the game that in recent years has made many fans hope for the arrival of a sequel, that is Alan Wake.
The project, based on the video game by Remedy Entertainment and produced by Contradiction Films, boasts the direction of Peter Calloway and (as mentioned above) the executive production of Sam lake which, according to the words of Tomas Harlan, has strongly pushed for the realization of the series (which will see the beginning of the works in October 2018).
Harlan gave an interview to Variety in which he spoke of the choice to support and support Sam lake for the realization of this TV Series:
Alan Wake 'was basically a TV series inserted into a game. Or at least this was Sam's vision. He has been influenced by The Twilight Zone, Secret Window, Hitchcock, Northern Exposure, many US television products. We plan to work closely with Sam on our show, he's a big part of all of that. After all This is her baby.
Since this is a project dedicated to a video game that has been able to reach more than 4,5 million copies sold, we are sure that this TV Series it will certainly be followed and (hopefully) appreciated by a large number of fans. We remember that Alan Wake is available from 2010 on Xbox One e PC.
